This program uniquely offers clients a deeper understanding of the relationship between the brain and change. In these sessions we dive into our experience with change, our brain’s contribution (both helpful and unhelpful), and how to navigate it.

Self-Compassion & Accountability

In this program we focus on what it means to be both self-compassionate and accountable. I know, it sounds contradictory, but you can do both. This approach allows individuals to start developing the tools to practice these crucial experiences simultaneously in order to promote more effective, positive change.

People Pleasing & Self-Care

This program calls out people pleasing behaviors, offers knowledge to inform the why behind them, and introduces a more holistic approach to self-care.
