More About Programs

Programs are perfect for individuals who are ready to address specific challenges that we can easily and unknowingly fall into. These packages are designed to allow clients to understand and embody the different aspects of what makes unlearning/relearning different habits/practices challenging. Each package focuses on two sides of the same challenge.

We are currently offering the following packages at a 3 or 6-Month duration:

  • Your Brain & Change
  • Self Compassion & Accountability
  • People Pleasing & Self-Care

Your Brain & Change

Have you ever noticed that sometimes when you are trying to do something new or develop a new habit, your thoughts provide a lot of resistance to that change?

Have you been struggling to get motivated to make the change and can’t seem to get out of your own way?

This program uniquely offers clients a deeper understanding of the relationship between the brain and change. In these sessions we dive into our experience with change, our brain’s contribution (both helpful and unhelpful), and how to navigate it. We will utilize both knowledge and tools from a psychological and neurological perspective to help you reach your goals. This approach allows clients to not only gain a better understanding of themselves, but also how brain science impacts our experience changing. This aids individuals in being able to hold themselves accountable, without the need for self-judgement or criticism.

You’re a perfect fit if…

1

You want to make a change that has been difficult on your own.

2

You want to gain knowledge and tools that will aid you in cultivating change.

3

You want to have a deeper understanding of why change can be so challenging for you.

Self-Compassion & Accountability

Have you ever noticed that you have a tendency to beat yourself up when you don’t meet certain expectations?

Have you been holding yourself to standards that you wouldn’t hold others to (expecting perfection)?

In this program we focus on what it means to be both self-compassionate and accountable. I know, it sounds crazy, but you can do both. This approach allows clients to start to develop the ability to practice these two crucial concepts simultaneously in order to promote more effective, positive change. Sessions focus on providing tools, resources, and practices to mitigate negative experiences that sometimes come along when we have a hard time completing something to the standards and expectations that we set. News flash, we are human, none of us are perfect and we are never going to be. If we want to live up to our fullest potential, accepting and practicing these concepts can be instrumental in becoming the version of ourselves that we are aiming for. With understanding comes the ability to make more effective, lasting change, and that is what this program offers.

You’re a perfect fit if…

1

You want to celebrate growth unconditionally.

2

You want to be able to hold yourself accountable without the need for self-criticism.

You want to gain knowledge and tools that will aid you in cultivating change.

3

You want to learn how to celebrate some of the smaller wins that build into larger victories.

People Pleasing & Self-Care

Have you ever agreed to doing something and then regret it shortly after?

Have you noticed you put your needs on hold at times to fulfill the needs of others?

Have you struggled to implement a consistent self-care routine?

This program calls out people pleasing behaviors, offers knowledge to inform the why behind them, and introduces a more holistic approach to self-care. Sometimes when you are good at listening, the people who need to feel heard find you, whether you have the bandwidth to listen and offer that support or not. If you identify as a go-to support person, giver, or empath, you probably know exactly what I’m talking about. During sessions we discuss empathy, boundaries, learning to say no, and how to move from self-abandonment to self-care. We will look at seven different facets of self-care, find strategies that work for you as an individual, and plan/implement a consistent regimen to fill your cup the way it deserves to be filled.

You’re a perfect fit if…

1

You want to say no (without feeling guilty).

2

You want to be able to show up for yourself and others instead of choosing one or the other.

3

You want to care for yourself more genuinely and fully than mainstream self-care can offer.
